The very  best of the Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC) Courses. This highly acclaimed course is the only one to be accredited by the Canadian Coast Guard,  the United States Coast Guard, and the  US State Boating Law Associations. Going into US waters, then you want a PCOC card from the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron (CPS).

All recreational operators of motorized pleasure craft are required to have a Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC). All you need to know for your PCOC test is presented in an easy to understand format that is both informative and entertaining.

The PCOC test will be given and marked by the end of the day. Those passing the PCOC test will go home with a temporary PCOC and a good-for-life PCOC card from the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron will be mailed to their homes.
